Pros

Discounts are good. Fellow sales team is great.

Cons

It’s pretty apparent that frontline employees (both sales & back of house) are not valued. Communication from management is pretty nonexistent. No one knows what’s going on in the store at any given time. People with years of experience and knowledge and looked upon as liabilities and not assets. It is apparent that most of management has not had strong managerial training .

Flexibility in hours, Great coworkers, great products

Cons

Scheduling is inconsistent, Managers can be ignorant and corporate puppets, raises are the bare minimum, hard work is never recognized in your wages, does not promote its own people but instead hires people from outside companies to fill management positions
