Its Fun, you get to learn about design, sales and learn to talk to people and hopefully make a career out of it.Good benefits compared to other companies I worked for.

Cons

Retail hours, working weekends, sales goals, standing all day and walking the store constantly. They sent us home early if we didn't meet our goals or the store was not busy enough.
