Design and sales experience with multiple clients.

Cons

Unable to have any outside plans or commitments if full time. Schedules consistently released only a few days ahead of time. Managers micromanaging and insulting team. Parking situation terrible.

My coworkers are caring and we all look out for one another

Cons

No work life balance , incompetent managers , improper training , high turnover , micromanagement , no room for advancement . I wouldn't tell anyone I like to try and get a job here. Crate and Barrel is not the company it once was that I heard about in years past.
