Coworkers tend to be a pleasure and make or break the experience

Some managers/team leads will hover and will not allow a single moment of freetime. You will also be pushed to upsell and do things the exact way your particular manager wants as opposed to what is intuitive. Every manager has a different work style and what is and is not allowed. Almost no room to move up in the company unless you work their for an extended period of time.
