Lots of opportunities to learn about the business, great discounts, lovely new office space at HY, working alongside smart people

Cons

*Heavily* politics-driven culture that makes you feel like you're in a retail Game of Thrones, work-life balance non-existent for certain teams, middle and senior management not held accountable, high turnover

Pros

Great pay, monthly bonus opportunities for everyone on staff, great discount. Coach does give team options to make accommodations when appropriate.

Cons

retail hours (nights, weekends and all holidays), lots of last minute communication, your opinion doesn't really matter - lots of senior leader visits where they ask about store, business and customer but they never, ever apply any of the suggestions or changes.

Great opportunities to learn about the business; Coach still hires nice people;

Cons

Old systems; everything feels urgent and important and must be done now; promotions for junior levels have become very political; leadership does not support innovation; difficulty in saying "no" to things that do not need to be done right away.
