      Avoid at all costs unless you have nowhere to go

      Pros

      - some good coworkers who have been there for a long time and know the business well - benefits overall are decent - new HQ at good Midtown location

      Cons

      - some senior management at the VP level are the most terrible human beings on earth - transformation is an upheaval battle and its strategy is somewhat questionable - limited opportunities to grow skills to stay marketable after a few years - very limited career growth opportunities within the company - felt very disconnected as a company

      Pros

      The discount on Coach and SW items is pretty good for employees. The location in New York is great for commuting. The new HQ will be very nice in NYC.

      Cons

      The caliber of talent is terrible. Decision making is not fully informed and will ultimately change course many times. There is no complete ownership because direction changes too frequently. Projects are not fully vetted or properly supported. IT and infrastructure has been severely under-invested in the past 10-15 years.

      Pros

      Relaxed, but stimulating environment where we work together to truly represent the brand. Hours, co-workers, and the environment are all amazing facets of this company, I am lucky to work here.

      Cons

      There is literally nothing to complain about, the elevators are a little old, but that is it.

We do agree that the elevators can be slow, but that's part of the charm of working in a beautiful historic building. Lucky for you, when we move to Hudson Yards in the coming year, the elevators will be brand new.
