Pros

Remote work is the norm. Pay is decent for work from home talent acquisition. Benefits are outstanding and diversity and equity are promoted and respectfully key to the core values of the organization.

Cons

Management is mixed. Some are absolutely amazing and some are beyond atrocious talking down to employees. Your success depends on your leaders and in many cases they are ineffective at best. Losing accounts like crazy as they oversell and under deliver. Layoffs attributable to farming critical work out to Argentina, Mexico and the Philippines.

Cons

You were given unrealistic goals for hires each month. Therefore you felt pressured to advance people through the process that should have been weeded out. Integrity issue which is why I left

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, EVP of Client Services for the Americas. We do work hard to maintain an unbeatable level of service excellence, and no one should ever feel like they have to sacrifice quality to achieve that. We know Cielo’s fast pace and delivery standards are not for everyone, but certainly am surprised that we are compromising integrity. I am sorry to read that you had such a poor experience, though, especially after working for us for three years – you should be proud of the positive impact you had on so many people’s lives during that time. Pros

internal talent management system, technology initiatives, always optimistic (even when not hitting budget)

Cons

EVERY position is overworked, leadership doesn't truly listen because their hands are tied from above, expects a lot of work for little return, say they customize to suit the client but templates the process across every client, if you're not a "yes man" you don't have internal growth opportunities, streamlining overhead by "sharing" support teams and leadership between clients, is the CEO still here?

First, let me say Thank You for your three years of service. It’s something you should be – and I hope you are - proud of. When I think about how much our business has evolved in that period of time, I know you’ve gained a lot of experience, and that makes it even more disappointing to hear that you don’t feel empowered to own your success. And it makes it even more important that we DO hear it, really listen to it and take action to continue to improve. We pride ourselves on offering opportunities for internal mobility – whether that be through promotion or lateral movement, and I would say being a “yes man or woman” does NOT align with our values. Don’t get me wrong, using best practices in process and technology enablement does – but I always encourage our team members to bring forward new ideas and opportunities to improve.
