I acknowledge we have been navigating some difficult conversations over the past 12-18 months, as like many other businesses in our position we have unfortunately been impacted by the economic environment and a number of other factors outside of our control. With this being said, it is unfortunate this results in teams being disbanded, and recognize the importance of retaining and developing talent within our organization. It's disappointing, however, to learn about the challenges you faced with certain aspects of management and the impact it had on your overall experience.
