Horrible leadership and toxic culture

Pros

Very bright and talented coworkers. Work is interesting and of high quality. It is fine as a stepping stone place to learn, but I wouldn't plan on staying here for more than 2 years.

Cons

Leadership is antiquated and micromanages. Any management below the senior leadership team just does as senior leadership says. You will have no say or ownership over your work. Little to no opportunities for growth. No work-life balance. Pay and benefits are below the industry standard.

Great colleagues to work with, pay ok.

Cons

Senior leadership is micromanaging, controlling and condescending. Worse is they plan to make a tyrant who acts like a toddler when he doesn’t get his way the president. No pay scale, no security no real HR policies or department.
