      Pros

      The work is very interesting and personally satisfying. Great people. CAI offers a flexible start time and ability to flex hours in the day which is great for working parents. They have also been supportive of professional development for my project work.

      Cons

      Work-life balance depends on your role with some required to work long hours due to travel. Also, remote staff can feel disconnected at times.
