      Pros

      If you actually do get to accomplish something (after jumping over ridiculous hurdles and dealing with personality issues) you do get to work on projects that truly help others.

      Cons

      If you prefer to work at a place in which you shut up and do what you are told, then you'll love it. No one is hired for their brain. That's only left to a few people who are smart, but smart people have smarter people working for them....and listen to them.

      Dysfunctional hierarchy

      The Salary was very decent.

      Cons

      One of the directors would dismiss other people's expertise and impose his own unresearched perspective on the curriculum development process without a functioning understanding of basic concepts, such as learning objectives. Learning objectives were, for him, an afterthought, not an essential foundation.
