I completed three interviews: 2 with two different teams and 1 with the CEO. They were all group interviews and I talked to multiple people at different professional levels within the team. These were all done via Zoom. The questions we were very standard interview questions; they asked about my educational background, work experience and went in-depth into my experiences with certain skills they determined were important for the job. They also asked me about my 5 year goal and my general interests in public health.
My only qualm is after interviewing with this company, 3 separate times, I received no response to them even after sending a follow-up email. Maybe because it was during the COVID-19 pandemic the staff might have been busy but when a candidate takes time out of their to interview with company the decent thing to do is to give a response even if it is a no.
