Incredibly fast growing company, positive work environment, team camaraderie makes everyone feel at home. There's always something new and exciting happening here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect balance between a down-to-earth-startup vibe and a fast-paced, get-shit-done work attitude.

Cons

There is a near constant need for more people and leadership to keep up with all the growth and workload.

Amazing benefits, professional yet relaxed atmosphere, Amazing training and employee investment. Thorough and extensive interview process, Casper values quality over quantity.

Cons

Can be a bit unorganized at times but definitely nothing that can't be fixed or handled.

The hiring process at Casper was incredibly smooth, well organized, friendly, welcoming, and thorough. After about three rounds of interviews, it was clear that they are looking to hire people who are serious about growing this brand and taking serious pride in their work. And it shows! The team here at Casper couldn't be more driven. From the CEO down, the quick growth that the company has had lit a fire underneath everyone from day one and it shows no signs of burning out. I'm extremely happy I made the move to Casper, looking forward to many more amazing years with this company.

Cons

I can't think of any cons to date. From the first phone interview to the brand new office space (whoa, it's nice), everything has been done professionally and with the employees in mind.
