Pros

Excellent pay and benefits, work space, and some decently honest people.

Cons

Really fake culture, really yuppie-like Manhattan employees, very little diversity, very little room for upward development, boring and repetitive work, fake titles, no training for other departments.

Pros

There is a restaurant in the company building, it is delicious and cheap enough to have lunch.

Cons

The symbol of family oriented business, many instructions but the family don't want to take actions.

Pros

Casper takes hiring very seriously and consistently brings in not only talented and skilled people, but genuinely good human beings that are passionate about their work. It's a real pleasure to be surrounded by such good people.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a young company: constantly shifting company priorities, lots of uncertainty, deficient management structures. These inherent problems can make it challenging in some cases to focus on personal professional development.
