Pros

Decent wages, good education benefit ( if you can use it) You will make money. Work is not overly demanding

Cons

You will be at work more than home, or anywhere, as they mandate overtime week after week after week .58 + hr work week. No provision allowing you to work 2 or 3 and get a weekend off Less than 1% differential for working a brutal 5p-3:30 night Shift Night shift start time may be changed on weekends on a days notice requiring a 2:30 start Finding time to utilize Education program Bathrooms are few and the worst I have encoutered . Pools on the floor and toilet paper on floor ,stool seat, stall doors. Union has a different philosophy than most, especially as for skilled workers

Pros

Compensation was fair, workload was reasonable and respect among the teams was rather good.

Cons

In a state of constant change, focus on products and walking away from the higher margin service business will present other challenges when it comes to repurchase of future equipment by customers. There was a false sense of market share when it came to the big chillers.

Pros

The amazing co-workers were the only pros. When branch was not spoked to a sinking ship and was allowed to assist their customers and get things done it was great- pay and vacation were on par-

Cons

HR was a joke, over drawn ACE, Ethics training were even bigger ones- they fire or lay off their good and loyal employees because your job is suddenly not part of the hub/spoke model. Lack of direction and lack of listening to the boots on the ground. Took the customer service away from the branches with a call center..Just awful.
