      Good benefits. International environment. Flexible working hour

      Cons

      No growing possibilities, whatever is your background. No appreciation at all. Management discouraging people. Promoting friends only. No professional attitude towards employees. As an employee everyone is just a number in statistics. Senior people are forced to do junior position. It is pure mess and chaos.

      - Free Medical and Dental - Parking - Opportunity to Learn

      Cons

      - Too many Managers/Supervisors with zero EQ. - Shouting at colleagues is condoned here especially in drafting team. - There is no professionalism here as supervisors are quick to berate subordinates, no matter how minor the mistake may be. Its also common to receive emails entirely written in capital letters. These points were brought up to the respective heads but it only fell on deaf ears. Talk about harassment.

      Lack of respect for employees by managers and peers. People act like they own you and don't treat you like a human being. When they say jump, you better response "How High?"
