      -Fast-paced -Talented employees can have autonomy -Pay is in line with industry standards

      -Tenure is rewarded over talent -Very hierarchical culture with little emphasis on managing downwards -Bureaucratic organization prevents real work from being accomplished

      Pros

      Some of the colleagues are really friendly, and they care about you. Office location is not far away from the center.

      Cons

      They put all the work in the shoulders of some employees, while the others are just there doing the minimum (or nothing). And if more work appears, they give it to people that already have lots of work. From management side, instead of appreciating or motivating your skills, they are jealous of you.
