Pros

1. Employee scholarship program 2. Leave policy 3. Work-life balance 4. Good for part time and freshers

Cons

Severe cost cutting, this made the product based company turned to be a service based. Local management doesn't have any vision. All they have to market there 60$b revenue to their own employees. Failed to provide any benefits as well as career.

Pros

Salary is fairly good. Health insurance is ok. I can't come up with 20 words of pros.

Cons

Bullying is rampant. Promotions based on who you know. HR is completely incompetent. They are a joke. Most of their focus is on how they can get each other promoted. They are incapable of executing even the most basic HR functions.

Pros

Pay and benefits are OK. Good 401K. Stable environment if you are already working for UTC, but not if you are working for a company that they have acquired.

Cons

Ran by bean counters, not technical people. Emphasis is on cost cutting, not developing new products. No organic growth. All growth is through purchase of other companies, and then cutting their employees. Their ACE program is a DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
