      Good pay great benefit nice office space

      Cons

      Terrible organization and culture. Toxic environment no real strong leadership. If you are not part of the cult except to be black listed. They have no true metrics. The leadership is always in conflict. The numbers they show are all fake.

      The process concluded within three weeks, and I was subsequently informed of the outcome following my proactive inquiry.

      1. Lack of coordination between the Sourcing and HR teams. 2. The interviewer appeared to have decided before the interview. 3. No technical questions were asked, despite the technical nature of the position. 4. The interviewer demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism.

      none, time attendance maybe, for some the salary eventually if you are ready to be in hell in counterparty

      Management : 80% or the team leaders are here for the show only, you have to deal with everything on your own, no support while watching them doing fairly nothing, they have no clue of the job itself. HR : well what to say about HR, a joke, just a joke Such a level of schisophrenia and incompetency can be fun to watch but the breaking point may be a very hard hit
