      Stable Company with Excellent Long Term Growth Capability and Questionable Direction

      Pros

      Very stable organization that has fared well through COVID. Good pay. Spun off from UTC enabling independent growth opportunities. Has the potential to be a great organization.

      Cons

      1) Leadership direction is poor at best. Flip flop daily within each month on desired goals for that month. Play a numbers game to not overdeliver to Wall Street which impacts service to customers. Very old-school antiquated management. 2) Advertises a number of holidays as a benefit that most employees end up working anyway without compensation or acknowledgement. 3) Conducts Pulse surveys on a regular basis but does very little to address shortfalls. Survey results are below industry average.

      Pros

      None whatsoever. Almost everyone is very knowledgeable in thier field, but no one wants to try and do anything with that.

      Cons

      No defined job roles. Management does NOT take ANY risk, meaning that you will be asked to change everything and allowed to do nothing. Ethics is supposed to be thier core value, but i haven't seen them do anything ethical in my 1.5 years here.

      Cons

      Place is a slow motion train wreck. Management at all levels isn’t aligned, lots of double talk and contrary visions and goals. All decisions are short-term focused. Keep chopping heads to make numbers for the year. The old “do more with less” mentality. Pay is way below market.
