I just wanted to take a quick minute and let the world know how much I enjoy working at CarSense. They are all like my 2nd family and I am lucky to have them! I have been with CarSense in various roles for 8 + years now and still feel as strongly about the culture and atmosphere as I did early on. I feel needed, appreciated, valuable, and like my job has a real impact on the company's success. I feel like my ideas are greeted with welcome and open ears. It is like a family for me. It isn't perfect, every family has there quirks. We are going to have the "holiday fights" but we always seem to have each other's back when someone needs to be picked up the most. There is a lot of love in the building and several of the relationships that I have formed here will be life long. There are high expectations but also high rewards. There is no room for complacency and the requirement is that you get better everyday and think of other team members before thinking of yourself.
