Pros

I’ve been working at CarSense for almost 8 years and have nothing bout positive things to say about them. I started off working part time as I was in school and they were more than willing to work with my schedule. CarSense cares for me as an individual and gave me the opportunity to grow with them and learn about different parts of the business/industry. I’ve worked in different departments and always had the necessary tools to do my job. To me CarSense is my family; I want to help them grown and see them succeed just as they do for me.

Cons

For me there are no major downsides to working for this Company. If you are unhappy in a certain position they are always willing to work with you to find the spot that suits you. They want to grow within the company and with people who share the same morals and drive as they do.
