These values are so important to us, that we proudly display our “values banners” in our repair area. All of our employees pass through the repair area about 30 times a day, and the values banners serve as a constant reminder for us to uphold them. Second, our customers can see them and gauge for themselves whether or not we are serving them in accordance with our values.
