Every work place has good & bad but CarSense tends to have more good.

Pros

As a sales job and especially as a car sales job CarSense is a great place to work. Pay is great, felxible hours, 40 hour work week, amazing 401k & profit sharing benefits and you work with a great team.

Cons

In comparison to jobs where you want to work at the same place for a long time and love it; CarSense or sales in general may not be that. CarSense is a high intensity, numbers driven company. So you have to preform to survive and this often causes management to lose sight of the people working at CarSense and only see the numbers you are producing.

Thanks for the post. We like to think we are fair with our compensation and hours worked. We are retail, but try and give back when we can. over the last two years, we promoted over 30 associates from within. Not too shabby :)
