Summer pick nicks, Christmas party, provided uniforms and also cleaned for you, good salary, Saturday lunches.

Cons

Must have thick skin to get along with peers.

Pros

Hard work and strong character are highly valued in this company. I have held several positions at Carsense. Each job required unique skills and training. Carsense offered me the chance to learn, grow and advance within the company. My case is not unique.

Cons

The hours worked by sales consultant, and the rest of the sales staff can be long and late. And that is probably fine with some people

Pros

Integrity of company and People. My direct bosses are great. I love the fact Fran Mcgowen has the company based on Christian Principles. I can earn a living here thanks to a very viable pay plan. Rob Shields is the most competent boss I can imagine. Just an outstanding man who cares deeply about Car Sense and its employees. His energy levels are incredible.

Cons

Lack of a place to take a break (hatfield store) to eat. Saturday hours are until 6:00 or 8:00 which does not allow for family time as the rest of the week we are away from our families. I do recognize that that is common for working retail. I do wish eight oclock Saturdays were gone. Still love Car Sense however. We have had a down trend in traffic as of late. Concerned about that.
