I started at Carsense 7 years ago and it has been a great experience all the way. Carsense has offered myself and many others advancement through the company while it continues to grow. This company is truly unique and treats its employees very well. When Fran talks to his associates he always makes them feel like they are the most important person in the room.

Cons

Not too many downsides except for your occasional upset customer but that's part of the business

The best part about an upset customer is the fact we get a second chance to exceed their expectations. Sometimes mike just spills, it's how we handle the mistake that matters.
