Pros

401k and health benefits. Owner Fran really treats his employees how he would want to be treated.

Cons

Our profit sharing has decreased. Overall Car Sense has been a very good company to work for and I dont have any major issues.

Thanks for the feedback! We like to think we treat all our associates the way we would want to be treated. Just knowing we have a owner who cares about our retirement is really amazing.

Pros

Compensates you for working hard. They are open with their employees and honest with their customers. Great team to work with.

Cons

A lot of hours, but that's what you're signing up for.

Loved the post. We are working on our communication skills. Recently we made sure all associates had a company email address and can communicate with management at any time. We also rolled out www.MyCarSenseIdea.com so great ideas can be rewarded. Thanks for the post.

Pros

+ There is a strong sense of teamwork and integrity + Each of the managers work extremely hard to help you succeed in Sales +They invest A LOT into each employee

Cons

- Sometimes overly passionate which leads to inconsistent tendencies... - There is mis-communication throughout the hierarchy (Not so much in the local branches) *** An example of this can be seen in the training. If you go to training I don't think that the managers have a base of what it is going on at training, and when you come back from training and try to apply what you've learned, you actually are told something different in helping your branch... (Weird... I know)
