Tons of opportunity to grow available, still runs as a mom and pop shop

Pros

Carsense gives you the opportunity to grow and learn new things. There is a closeness with the employees that is hard to find other places.

Cons

management is set in their ways and sometimes things are run as if there were 50 employees. equipment is outdated.

This company is more like family than co-workers. Everyone is here to help each other in reaching company and personal goals. The company is growing and everyone is able to grow with it.

Cons

Compensation is lower than the average for some positions and reviews are not always done as stated in the handbook.

Pros

A growing company that truly promotes within. Family like atmosphere, and a company that does it's best to make us happy. It feels good to be able to do the right thing with customers in a industry that's known for the opposite. I look forward to going to work when most people can't stand their job. Thank you for the opportunity!

Cons

No lunch room (hatfield) and working till 8pm on Saturdays in the winter time.
