Really nothing on the down side , except it is always busy which I view as a great thing

Great post. We really do consider the sales pay plans year over year. One of our core values is 'Fair and Equitable" so having different plans might not work for us, but WE HEAR YOU loud and clear..... to be continued... Thanks for all you do for us.

Pros

Great 401K/Retirement package. Great vacation and personal time. They not only make it right for employees but take care of customers if something happens to make it right. Snow days are fun its a good time for all departments to get together.

Cons

All company's have there ups and downs but I cant really think of any that stand out to right a negative comment

I agree, it is a great 401k / Retirement package. I know of no other dealership that takes care of their people like CarSense does. The fun actives like paintball, golfing, and the bi monthly lunches are great too. Thanks for the post.
