Friendly/comfortable environment. They really look out for their workers when it comes to feeding them.

Cons

Clustered spaces, inadequate responsibilities. Little room to grow in this company.

Pros

I love the people I work with, it is an atmosphere that allows you to grow as an individual and with a team, great relationships between departments, there is a enough foot traffic and potential customers to make a living on the business available, and they stand behind and fully support their morales, values, and philosophy through every department.

Cons

Certainly some long hours, but being self managed and properly working your time and calendar is beneficial, can be very stressful but that is to be expected at any sales job.

Awesome post. Thank you! I love the people too, they are the best I have ever had the chance to work with. The hours can be long sometimes, but we try to offset that with fun events like golf outings, paintball and go cart events. We will keep trying to make CarSense the best place to work PERIOD. Pros

CarSense is so different from your typical auto dealership. From the part-time employees to upper management, everybody is here is make the company successful. Most employees have positive attitudes and enjoy coming to work each day. Everybody helps each other with any tasks that need to be completed. Management takes time to listen to you and help you grow and become more successful at your position.

Cons

As for cons, I am still sorting through them. My experience so far has been a good one. As time goes on I will update this area.
