Pros

Great 401k and profit sharing. Good people to work for. Owner is a Christian man and I don't feel like I have to act like a worldly person here. I can truly be my true self.

Cons

Saturdays and working until 9pm during the week are not fun but it comes with a retail job. I'm a young man with an old mans soul. I need my sleep!

Thanks for the feedback. The 401k is awesome, and so very few companies still have profit sharing, we are so blessed to be one of them. Retail can be tough at time, but we think we have the right balance with no 9 - 9 shifts and a rotating Saturday off every once in a while. Thanks again.

Pros

Great co-workers. Immediate Management that understands the need to balance work and family responsibilities. Flexible hours when needed.

Cons

No annual raises unless asked, and even then there is still no guarantee. One particular individual in Upper Management who is unapproachable, and walks by the employees like they are second class citizens who are only there to increase his wealth. No dollar incentive for anyone except the Sales department. Every department in Carsense is as important as the Sales department, yet they are the only ones given "bonuses". Employees who continue to deliver "below average" results yet maintain their job day after day, month after month. These employees konw they can be "lazy" and nothing will be done about it.

Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly look into what you are saying. All employees are given a annual review and raises are discussed and given to those who've earned them at that time. Our current customer satisfaction results are at 93.5%, but there is always room for improvement.

so far its been great.

Pros

clean, warm, well lite, friendly, kind. very nice building, good hours.

Cons

so far I notice cars are left running in shop to long. employee parking does not get plowed, someone is going to fall and get hurt. mechanics are flat-rate low hourly rate

Thanks for the post. Glad to hear everyone is kind and friendly.... thats the CarSense Way. Appreciate the tip on the cars running in the shop... not sure why the employee parking was not plowed that day but I am sending a email to the GM right after I leave this post....
