Perfect stepping stone for for Sales

Pros

Car Sense treats it's people right! They provide the tools and training to succeed and leave it up to the individual to do so. Car Sense feels like a family atmosphere. If you work hard and do right then you'll have success within the company. Also, the company likes to promote from within.

Cons

I can't say much. The work-life balance is ok but not great. In my position as a Sales Consultant I do not have two days off in a row. With a young family this is difficult. However, I will say there is no better alternative at the moment. Car Sense enables me to make far more money then I could elsewhere with my "entry level" experience.

We do love to promote from within and are rapidly expanding the company, so there are many opportunities for hard workers! Having a good work/life balance is important to us at CarShop. Retail hours can be tough, but we want you to be able to recharge and spend time with your family as well. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Pros

From GM down to the part-timers, everyone is treated with respect and as a vital part of the company. Easy to build personal relationships with the people you work with. Very good with time off to avoid burn-out.

Cons

Naturally, the lengthy hours but, in the auto industry it's to be expected.
