      Pros

      I would recommend trying to work at any level in this company. The management cares and works with you the whole way.

      Cons

      Perhaps a few more hours of training one on one with some of the management in sales techniques for those who are new at the process.

      Camaraderie within the team - best team I've ever worked with! Daily drive for success - a strong will to succeed A willingness to innovate - not stuck with the status quo or trapped in the past Great growth opportunities - look to hire within first Financially rewarding careers, not just jobs Outstanding business model! High quality leadership A truly trustworthy company from which to buy, sell, and service a vehicle

      Cons

      Not enough CarSense dealerships around the country yet - let's expand further! Benefits are slightly expensive, but good overall for a retail business.

      Pros

      Nice environment to work in, not a cut throat company with good compensation, 401k, contests, and rewards. If you do your job and what it entails as a good employee should you have nothing to worry about. Company has stong values on fairness and cultivates an open door culture.

      Cons

      A lot of hours as expected, base salary needs to be updated. A lot more pros weigh out the cons.
