Thanks for taking the time to write a this post. I agree, we do have a team/ family environment and it is a fun place to work. I know the hours can be long sometimes, but we have made strides to improve the work life balance. I guess if you're going to work retail, you might as well be happy... thanks again for the post.

Pros

The hard you work the more money you make. The sky is the limit. CarSense provides you with all the tools you need to suceed and if you put in the time to learn the process and not skip a step you can be sucessful at CarSense. A background in car sales is not nesecary you just have the drive to work hard.

Cons

Balancing work and life can be difficult especially during busy months. If you can plan in advance its not really that hard but its the last minute stuff that comes up in life that its hard to accommodate.

Well said. It's so true... You get out of it what you put into it. I love that you pointed out that no previous experience is necessary. The work life balance does take some time to figure out. But if there is something that you need to do and it's important to you and you need to take off, then it's important to CarSense and the answer is "Of Course." We appriciate the times you are there late, the times you come in early to meet your customer, etc... so when you need time... the answer is "Of Course"

Pros

I work with a great team at a company that is customer driven and family oriented. Being a women in the car business is not always easy. CarSense has not only trained me on new aspects of the industry, they have helped me grow and advance with my career. I have worked at a traditional dealership, where you never know what you are going to earn. At CarSense, I know exactly what my salary is. This enables me to put my customers first with out worrying about the bottom line. I look forward to coming to work everyday.
