      Pros

      CarSense has a culture and values that are second to none. While it is a business, the company constantly shows it's appreciation for it's number one asset....it's employees. Just last week the company threw a huge clam bake for each of the stores. They are always doing something to give back and build a stronger bonds with each other such as golf outings, Dave & Busters, paintball, Phillies games and too many others to mention. The Christmas parties are simply amazing, and the 401k plan and Profit Sharing are fantastic. The departments work very well with each other, all working towards a common goal. The company really cares about work-life balance and is always looking for ways to improve it. I love coming to work each day knowing that I am part of something special.

      Cons

      There are not really any cons to working at CarSense that I can think of. If an issue does arise, it is discussed and handled promptly because of the efforts that have been made to build a strong team.

      We had such a great time at the clam bake. I think the totals were something like Shrimp – 148 pounds Clams – 308 dozen - that’s 3696 clams Potatoes – 150 pounds Butter – 28 pounds Pizza – 34 large Cole Slaw – 37 pounds Pasta Salad – 10 pounds Now that's a clam bake..... but what I like even more is how you started this post.... "CarSense has a culture and values that are second to none". I guess were doing something right..... Thanks for the awesome post......

      Pros

      A culture of team, everyone driving towards the same goals. Abundant opportunities for advancement . The company is always giving back...bi-monthly luncheons, clambakes, pig roasts and fun events like paintball and golf outings. It is an absolute pleasure to come to work every day. Even when there are the normal struggles that arise day to day in business, everyone chips in and finds solutions.

      Cons

      There are the normal daily and seasonal struggles of the car business, but at CarSense, we all get through them together.

      WOW!!! Great post! Thank you, I feel the same way. I've been in this business for over 28 years now, and I know we are certainly not perfect, far from it.... but at the end of the day, it's a pretty special place to work. Thanks again for the post

      How would you like to expecting to go to work one day, and you Boss tells you that instead you will be going to play Paintball with your co-workers with lunch included for the day? Just another day in the life at CarSense! It really makes a difference.

      Thanks for the review, paintball is one of the best events we run. Word on the street is this years was the best. The team really left it on the field - Its always great to see all the stores get together and enjoy shooting one another with paint. LOL, Thanks again for clearing your schedule and joining us it sure was a good time had by all. Thanks for all you do.
