Pros

CarSense cares about the PERSON first. Every opportunity is given for the employee to make it. I was a 'kid' when I started and I found myself, my path, and built my career here over the last 10 years.

Cons

As in any RETAIL type job, the hours can be long because you are at the mercy of the consumer. That can be really tough on family. CarSense does its best to help that balance but late nights and weekends are just part of the job.

Pros

CarSense is a great place to work. They treat us like we are family and want to see all of us grow with the company. CarSense is a car dealership were a career is possible, not just a job for the time being.

Cons

I cannot think of any.

Thanks for the post! I could not agree more. "CarSense is a great place to work." Just ask anyone. I love the part about being treated like family..... We really try hard to create a culture that people feel at home, but want to run through a wall for you...... I think we a on our way... :)

Pros

This is the first company that I've ever been a part of were I actually feel that the customer is our primary concern. The upper management never make you feel inferior or insignificant in the scheme of things. Its a great place to work!

Cons

There really arent any cons to working for such a great company.

Thanks for the post. It's nice to know you feel the same way we do. Our associates are our first priority, followed by the customer who is standing right next to them. We feel if you take care of your people, the people will take care of your customers.... Oh, and upper management will never make you feel insignificant, you are the most important person we have--- you see, if you treat everyone the same, they all become the most important and nobody's feeling gets hurt because of favoritism. That's out story and we're sticking to it..... awesome post - thanks again
