Working at Carsense in Robinson

As a automotive technician at carsense I am pleased with my experience so far. They start you out with a pretty competive pay of $16 flat-rate. There is always work to be done so worring about making your hours is never a real concern. If something were to happen and you weren't able to at least get 40 hours for a week they offer you a 40hour guarantee, which if you know anything about working in the winter months, that's a huge plus! Another benefit to state is they are very willing to send you out to get all your ASEs. Management is very involved with everything and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. Overall great attitude from all the employee's. All and all it's nice working for a company where employeesand management alike works hard to improve on itself.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about working here in the service department to be completely honest. Nothing outside the normal complaints for any flat-rate job. It's great when it's busy and there's high quality work. It's also frustrating when it's slow. I'm not someone to settle for 40 a week though.

this is a good company to work fork, everybody looks out for each other, the pay is awesome I make 11 an hour but I’m flat rate and bill in between 70 to 80 hours a week, and the overtime is there is you want it
