We have a great group of drivers at the Robinson CarSense store. Business is good and the drivers are busy doing a multitude of driving tasks local and further away. Usually back to the office by 4PM. I have been at Robinson almost 4 years, definitely enjoy going to work. Can work a scheduled 2 oe 3 day week. GP

Cons

I doing have any worth while complaints.

CarSense has literally changed my life. I LOVE coming to work everyday! I KNOW the senior management cares about my professional development. I AM on the track to grow with this company. I ALWAYS feel my opinion matters. I ENJOY the culture here and the commitment to each an every employee. I BELIEVE the compensations and benefits are in-line with the industry. I FEEL that I have a great balance between my work and my life. I CARE about making this company great because they care about me and my family. The senior management team are approachable and eager for helpful suggestions to grow the company. The sky is the limit. I WOULD never want to work anywhere else. Thank you CarSense!

very friendly environment and great bosses. competitive pay and benefits with great chances to move up. employees are always getting promoted from within and we are continuing to open new stores. plenty of hours to make for flat rate techs!!!

Cons

as a technician at carsense there are not any cons i can think of. this is the best place i have worked at. compared to new car dealers, it is a lot better without the warranty work and recalls all day long.
