      What a great place to work!

      Pros

      The environment at CarSense is amazing! The atmosphere from the customers to the employees to upper management is unrivaled to any other company I've worked for. CarSense has a way of hiring people they know will live up to the philosophy that the company was built upon. I have never been made to feel as welcome as a new employee at any of the many jobs I've had. Working here is an enjoyable time and it makes you want to get up and go to work every day.

      Cons

      The only "con" I can really come up with is that this is a sales job, so there's going to be days where you're not selling anything and that really sucks.

I couldn't of said it better myself...It's when a new associate can see and feel our culture that lets me know we are doing it right. AWESOME review - Thanks so much.... after 32 years in this business here is a little bit of sales advice.... selling is 90 % attitude and 10% skill. Thanks again.!

      One of the best companies you could hope to work for

      Pros

      You get the feel that management and employees are working together to achieve a goal. It gives me a sense of value and importance to the company. I truly feel like a vital cog here. The successes are celebrated, often lavishly. It’s the first place I have worked where I look forward to getting to work

      Cons

      The uniform pants aren’t exactly made of the highest quality materials and employee parking was moved far across the property

      Friendly work environment with great pay and benefits. Really seem to value employees and like to promote from within.

      No real negatives about the company I can think of at this time.
