I enjoy greeting the customers when they come through the door and I also enjoy doing the stock book for the new cars.

CarSense is committed to showing their appreciation for all of their associates. Just this past week the CEO took 30 of us golfing on a work day!

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.

Thanks for the post... It's always great when the Executive team can join in on the fun events at CarSense... is does really show they care. I believe we had three VP's and one GM plus our CEO on this past outing... everyone sure did have a great time.

Pros

If you are new to car sales, it is a good place to get your feet wet. All different types of vehicles and a solid system of setting up the sale and closing. No haggling over price makes it easier. Base salary.

Cons

Extremely competitive atmosphere, by design. Favoritism. Micromanagement is too much.
