Pros

CarSense is a company where you can make your own opportunities. I've worked here for 2 Years, I began my quest as a lot attendant and moved to a photographer and then into their sales team. The team environment is incredible and their staff is one big family. I've never loved a career as much as I've loved my time spent at CarSense. Their team building days and activities are awesome.

Low pressure, Great pay and non commission. Decent benefits, Clean environment, Management helpful to improving your career, Room for career advancement.

Could use a little more vacation time

We all could us mote PTO. LOL... I hear you. Every year we review our benefits from top to bottom, including PTO. We want to be sure we are competitive with the market. With being here over three years you should have 2 weeks plus all seven holidays. Thanks again for taking the time to post this review.
