I have been in the car industry for almost 20 years now, and NEVER have I worked at a company that cares about not only their customers, but also their employees this much!!! I came from working at another company that is similar to CarSense in regards to their policies, car sales program and general attitude towards their employees. I was there for 9 years, and was extremely sad when I left, because I never thought I would find such a caring and great company again. Well boy was I wrong! Not only has CarSense treated me and their customers as well as my last job, but they have actually blown them out of the water! I did not think it was possible to be at a job where I can make this much money without sacrificing my entire life to the job. The work/life balance here is very healthy and the management is very accommodating. I was going to stay last week to finish up some things, and was told by my manager to go home and enjoy time with my family! I almost keeled over from shock because in 20 years I have NEVER heard that said before! I just love how much they care about us here:) They even offered to help me find a new home when I was looking! They wanted to make sure I wouldn't get overwhelmed with that and work because they want their employees relaxed and happy:)
And as far as customers go, CarSense goes the extra mile to make sure they feel like they are part of the family<3 Every customer I have sold a car to has left with huge smiles and thank yous:) I even had one lady bring in 3 different family members that all bought cars! And of course they said they will never shop anywhere else again for a car:) Long story short (too late! haha), CarSense is an incredible organization to work for, and I thank my lucky stars every day that they let me join their family<3
