There are many pros to working at CarSense. Not only do you get the opportunity to be a part of a successful organization that practices what it preaches with the strong core values that it embraces, your contributions to the overall success of the company are always valued and appreciated. You never feel like just another number at CarSense. Fun team building events for associates are regularly hosted at Speed Raceway, Dave and Busters, Escape the Room and others- last week was Dave and Busters for me and it was an awesome time! Our annual summer picnic at Hershey is always a great time with the family, and the Christmas party is off the charts! There's no better feeling than waking up to go to work every day as part of a winning team, but it feels even better when you know that your individual contributions to the overall success of the company are never overlooked! There are many times when friends and family will tell me "my company never does those things for us!" Well, CarSense is growing and hiring, so join our team!

Carsense truly values it's employees. There are many things that they do day in and day out to show us we are all appreciated and reward us for hard work. I have been with the company for a while and I have had the pleasure of attending fun days that the company has in order to build up team work and show us they appreciate us. Who would not like having fun on the clock? We have opportunites to go-cart, paintball, golf, spa day, massages in the store, and recently Escape the room! Carsense has always gone above and beyond and I am lucky to be a part of Carsense!
