We had a Fun Day. It was at Escape Room it was one of the best team building and get to know other people from other stores.

Cons

There was no down side it brought us together

Pros

CarSense is a great company to work for. They really take time to show you how much they appreciate you. Today they took us to a "Fun-day" where we got paid to eat a delicious catered meal and then spent the afternoon doing escape rooms together. I have never seen any other company take care of their employees the way that CarSense does.

Cons

Retail hours can be hard, but that's part of the car business, and it's easy to adjust
