We just had another Christmas party this past weekend, we had a such a great time, awesome dinner, very generous gifts. I always enjoy seeing everyone that I have worked with previously at our other locations, thank you.

Cons

I really cannot think of any.

I moved from another State and started in the office just 5 months ago and I can truly say that I felt part of the CarSense Family immediately. Unlike other companies everyone here is pulling for you, here to help each other, smile at each other and great each other with a genuine "Good Morning" or "Can I help you with anything" or "How is your day going" (also they wait for you to reply, listen to your answer and hear you...Culture Shock!!! not like other companies I have worked where you hear " how are you" as they walk away). From the CEO down, Genuine ... Eye contact when speaking to you. I simply love working here and they feed me too!!!! BONUS !!!!!!

None that come to mind.

Well, I must say.... we do like to eat at CarSense.... LOL, Thanks for the post. We learned a long time ago to ask second level questions, not to walk away. We really do care about our people.... My job description is six pages long, but it really boils down to one thing.. I make sure all 450 + employees come back tomorrow! :) Thanks again !

Thanks for the review... We don't believe in high pressure on either side customer or employee. At CarSense we want everyone to feel they are treated the same. It's very rewarding, you do get out what you put in... we really do notice hard work. Thanks again for the post.
