They pay is great! They don’t flood the floor with salesman and make it so you can’t sell 20+ cars a month. They want everyone to make money! They treat you so much better than a typical dealership. The selling process is sooo much better than your normal dealership. THE GRASS IS NOT GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE!! if you can get a job at CarSense selling cars, be grateful! It’s a career not a job!

Cons

The background check that they do is very intense and nerve racking. They are owned by Penske and that’s who’s in charge. But just make sure you tell the truth and you should be fine!
