Pros

This place has done so much for me. It is a great group of people to work with and super flexible schedule. It pays very well as long as you put forth the effort. Can easily start a family and do the adult things with this job!

Cons

Not really any I can think of. Only thing is a couple days a week or working opposite shifts as my girlfriend but that's the only complaint which really isn't one

I really appreciate the kind words. We do try and create a culture of family here at CarSense. My wife and I had our kids all while working here... they are now 24 and 26.. Wow, time does fly.

Pros

I recently dealt with the longtime illness and death of a parent. The support I have received on so many levels has been incredible. It truly feels like a family. The messages of support ,time to grieve, and even a personalized phone call from an executive offering sincere condolences and support. 5ks and company picnics are one thing but this is how you know this place is truly special.
