      Just when you thought it couldn't get any better

      Pros

      I've been a manager here for over ten years now. I though I've seen it all, but this company keeps getting better. They just took 45 employees out to Dave & Busters for lunch. That wasn't the best part, they were able to spend the entire afternoon getting to know each other and play video games, shoot pool and participate in a team building events all while getting paid. YES--- CarSense paid them for the day to have fun.... Here is the kicker... the 45 employees who went, their store has not even opened up yet.... (mind blown) WOW!!! Who does that!!! CarSense is a special place. When most companies take things away, they give more.

      Cons

      I'm sure there is... really there has to be something... I just cant think of anything at the moment.

      I am so glad you had a great time at Dave and Busters, I did also. It was nice to spend time as a team getting to know each other outside of work. Hopefully your team won the team building activity! Only a few short weeks until Glen Mills opens... so exciting! Thanks for all you do!

      The company has changed greatly, extremely disappointing

      Pros

      The chance to earn a good salary exists, but opportunities have become MUCH more limited. Co-workers are good people, fun to work with.

      Cons

      The company has lost it's way. Integrity and customer's interests used to come first. Now corporate greed has changed who they once were. The bottom line is all they care about. Becoming more and more like typical dealerships every day. The only people who are protected are management and executives. Every one else is left out to dry. They care about being ranked as one of the best workplaces, but forget how to to create that environment. Sad to see the fall from grace. Employees are now under appreciated and under compensated.

      I appreciate you taking time to give us feedback. It’s great that you enjoyed your coworkers – they are the heart and soul of what makes us CarSense. I can’t say that I agree that CarSense has lost our way. Our Culture and Values of integrity, caring for one another, fostering mutual accountability, being fair and equitable, providing opportunity through growth, driving innovation, and having a passion for success drive us every day, and into the future. 2020 has been a year like no other and through the constantly changing rules and laws and events, CarSense has been able to protect the jobs of our associates. We were forced, unfortunately, to furlough some associates because of state laws and not by our own choosing. We kept in regular contact with our associates and would ask what we could do to help them through the confusing and frustrating times of COVID-19. I am sorry that you are not feeling the appreciation that CarSense has for each and every associate. We care. Please feel free to reach out to the HR department or your manager so we can spend some time talking through this.

      Best company ever. this past Sunday, Carsense took their employees out to their choice between Hershey park, Six Flags, or Kennywood. Just one of the many things they do for us here that makes Carsense the best place to work. Not only do they do little things like take their employees on fun outings, but they also make every moment of the workday fun, fulfilling, and worth it. Carsense is the only company I've ever worked for that cares about you and your life outside of work as much as your worklife. You know that feeling you get when you're happy and content with your situation and say to yourself "I think I'm in heaven?"... Well that's how you're going to feel. Every day.

      None as of this point in time.
