Pros

To start my drive time is more than cut in half. I was working at the Chester Springs store. We are very much a team here. There's a time for work but there is also a time for play. We have fun days which is a paid day to have a great time. From paint ball to spa days to go carts. Everyone gets a chance at a fun day. Most of all it's the people I work with daily. I started in this company as a receptionist in 1989 and have been here since. Its a great place if your looking for advancement. The opportunities are available with work and dedication. But best of all are the yearly pig roasts!

My parking spot is too far away. lol

Been with this company for over 3 years now, and have had a great experience. We have a great team, and do a great job of adding new members! We just celebrated hitting our biggest sales number yet in Cranberry by going to a big hibachi dinner. Started as a Sales Consultant and worked up to Management so you get what you put into it! And they promote from within!

Cons

Some minor things, but nothing that would be of "negative" feedback!

I love Hibachi dinners.. They are so good and fun to watch. Thanks for all you do and for being on the team. F&I is one of the last people to leave the store at night, thanks so much for the yeoman work. Really, great job!
