I can definitely repeat what most of the reviews say on here. It definitely, 100%, feels like a family. No matter what the task is, everyone steps up, comes together, and gets it done. I can say by experience that opportunities to grow within the company are definitely there. Carsense is the place to be if you want to work with great people, and if you like that everyday brings something different.

Cons

I honestly cant come up with a con at this time.

Pros

At some point Carsense has figured out that if you treat your employees with Respect and praise they in return treat Customers with Respect and Praise. It shows day in and day out. They really show each and every employee the same respect. It is a breath of fresh air to work for a company with every department helping and picking each other up from different departments. Ask for help and anyone will drop what they are doing and help. Love it here.

Pros

I have been working here for over 20 years and I must say i cant see myself working anywhere else. It is a great company to work for with great pay and benefits and 401k. Not to mention all that the company does for you such as the wonderful Christmas party and taking employees on fun days to go go carting, golfing and even ax throwing. Also they have a great summer picnic that you get to choose from either Hershey park or Six flags. I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever worked for. They truly care about their employees!!
